Meet Our CEO

At Midwest Center for Youth & Families, we truly live the Dialectical Behavior Therapy journey. Every member of our talented, dedicated staff (from housekeeping to our CEO) is trained in DBT skill sets, and is available to work with our patients to help them practice developing those skills during their time with us.

Zachary Glassburn, our Chief Executive Officer, brings a decade of experience in mental health and healthcare to his role at Midwest Center and South Shore. His background in behavioral health is both extensive and varied, starting as mental health technician, and leading to his most recent position as Chief Operations Officer. Today, we are delighted to have Zach’s leadership at Midwest Center for Youth & Families.

“Everyone at Midwest Center for Youth & Families has a strong dedication to improving the lives of all the patients that walk our halls. I feel the same, and make it my goal every day to ensure everyone is provided with the tools necessary to excel in their positions and provide the best treatment possible.”
